The "SWIT Guide Disclaimer Form" will be provided prior to destination departure. SWIT Guide guests are requested to read and sign the Disclaimer Form. Unsigned Disclaimer Form(s) constitute "denial of SWIT Guide services, no refunds."

1. I am aware that cycling, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling, bushwalking, riding a motorcycle and being transported by vehicle are dangerous and in undertaking such activities, I do so at my own risk.

2. I am aware that it is a condition of my undertaking activities with SWIT Guide, that its Director(s), Instructor(s), Servant(s) or Agent(s) are absolved from all liability howsoever resulting from injury or damage, howsoever caused (whether fatal or otherwise), arising out of participating in any of the activities, or in the usage of any equipment being used for or in connection with any of the activities conducted by SWIT Guide in any way whatsoever due to any negligent act, breach of duty, breach of contract, default and/or omission on the part of SWIT Guide, its Director(s), Instructor(s), Servant(s) or Agent(s).
